But fans were also able to discover new faces in this new burst of episodes. Among the new recruits of Stranger Things, we find Raphael Luce who embodies a frightening key character of this fourth season. Here’s what you need to know about this young talent.
He plays young Henry Creel aka Vecna
Raphael Luce plays the young version of Henry Creel in the flashbacks of season 4 of Stranger Things, who will become the antagonist Vecna thereafter. Son of Victor (Robert Englund) and Virginia Creel (Tyner Rushing), Henry is a sensitive boy born with supernatural abilities that he will use in dangerous ways. When the Creel family moves to Hawkins, Henry develops his powers and becomes close to the black widows who live in the mansion.

It is he who is responsible for the death of his mother and his little sister and who trapped his father Victor, who was subsequently interned. Henry is picked up by Dr. Brenner, who introduces him into his program at Hawkins National Laboratory, to study and control him. He flocks him with the “001” tattoo, implants a chip in him to neutralize his powers, and renames him Peter Ballard (Jamie CampbellPower).
Later, he becomes a nurse for the children in the rainbow room of the laboratory and there meets Eleven whom he manipulates to recover her powers. He kills all the other children but Eleven catches him, routs him and sends him to the Upside Down where he becomes Vecna.
He is Franco-American
You should know that Raphael Luce is Franco-American. He was born in Vermont in the United States and was raised in France for part of his life. His whole family works in the film industry. His parents are stuntmen and they were artists at Cirque du Soleil. His brother and sister are also actors, we could see them in General Hospital or Seberg.
Bilingual, Raphael Luce is not only an actor, he is also a stuntman like his father, a tightrope walker, who taught him to walk on a tightrope. His first experiences in series on major platforms encouraged him to pursue his acting career, without forgetting his prospects as a stuntman.

Before Stranger Things fans could find out on Netflix, Raphael Luce took a quick trip to Marvel. He actually appeared in the series Lokicentered on the God of mischief embodied by Tom Hiddlestonand available on the Disney+ platform.
Raphael Luce is seen in the very first episode of the series and he plays a French boy in Aix-en-Provence in 1549. He interacts with Owen Wilson, aka Mobius Mr. Mobius, who speaks to him in French while he is in full search for the Loki variant.
