LILA PIETINE DEATH INQUIRY
Akim and Brigadier Valois go to one of the faculties of Montpellier to discuss the Marquant affair with its director. Panicked to see the police in the establishment, Yannick hastens to find Paul. Although he fears that the police will end up identifying them, Yannick especially regrets not having denounced himself after the incident. Paul then tries to reassure him and then urges him to shut up to avoid attracting attention.
For their part, Akim and his colleague managed to identify 726 potential suspects by crossing the trombinoscope of the students of the faculty and the file of the student party of the Indigo club. Meanwhile, Anissa noticed that Antonin was moving away from her since Lila’s assault. Refusing to lose him, the young woman decides to have an explanation with him. While Antoninus confides that he does not feel like a man in her eyes, she assures him otherwise. But when Antonin tries to find out if she would have prevented him from intervening if he had had both legs, Anissa does not respond.
Not far from there, Lucille meets Maryline and would like to paint her portrait in order to understand what pushed her to intervene to prevent Lila’s attackers from acting. If the journalist is convinced that her heroic act will interest readers, Maryline hesitates to accept, deeming it indecent to put herself forward when a young woman is dead. At the police station, the witnesses of the Marquant case peel the trombinoscopes and allow to put 23 suspects aside. Becker therefore orders Manu to summon them in order to put pressure on them, hoping to obtain a confession.
JONATHAN AND VICTOR LAUNCH RESTART’UP
After accepting his proposal, Victor discusses with Jonathan the administrative steps to be taken to set up the resource center. As Jonathan cannot be the manager due to his criminal record, Victor positions himself on the job until his partner finds someone else. Claire’s father then announces that he has an appointment at the bank during the day to open the company’s account. Once the formalities have been completed, he will make a transfer of 15,000 euros which will allow them to start their activity.
Later, Florent contacts Victor and strongly advises him against joining his brother’s project. Victor, who knows what he is doing, says however that this project is holding up and that there is no need to worry. At the end of the day, Jonathan and Victor organize a drink for the Indians to celebrate the launch of Restart’up, their resource center. Although she tried to convince her partner to accompany her, Claire attends the festivities alone. While the atmosphere is in a good mood, Florent is alone at home in the dark.
