Under pressure, Becker confides in Janet on the investigation into the murder of Bernard Genton. Even if the deceased had received a letter of threats, Doctor Lewis wonders if this story of revenge on the witnesses of the Marquant case would not be a way to remove suspicion.

For her part, Colette Genton is questioned by Lieutenant Lévy. The latter then explains that her husband was not the type to make waves and that he has never had any problems in the course of his work. And also to indicate that they never had a child because he did not want one. Not far from there, Yann questions a colleague of Bernard’s hunting who depicts him as an adorable man before specifying that his relationship with Colette was uneventful.

Maurice tells Maryline that his son Jerome wanted the police to believe him involved in all these murders to allow the murderer to continue to avenge the death of his sister. While he fears that his anger will end up devouring him, Maryline says she is sure that it will eventually pass.

Meanwhile, Mo meets a psychologist specializing in street harassment to understand why she failed to intervene when Lila Marquant was assaulted in front of her eyes. The psychologist assures him that his reaction was normal then explains that his association aims to help everyone to react in this type of situation.

For her part, Janet does research on Bernard Genton on the hospital computer and finds his wife Colette’s file. Perhaps having a lead, she contacts Commissioner Becker.

Doctor Alphand announces to Violette that her coronary artery disease has worsened. His body rejecting the transplant, the doctor considers a new transplant. At her advanced age, however, Violette prefers to leave the grafts available to younger people who still have life ahead of them. Indeed, the old lady considers that she has lived a very good life since her last transplant fifteen years earlier.

When Alain offers to step up her treatment in the hope of saving a few months, Violette retorts that it may be time for her to leave. The doctor asks him to think and keep him informed as soon as possible.

At the end of her meeting, Violette finds Myriam and her niece Céline then informs them of her decision. If Celine encourages her aunt to fight, Violette wants to take advantage of the little time she has left. Myriam then points out that this choice belongs to her and that they must respect her decision.

Serge patiently waits for Camille to go to his father’s house to join Lætitia with a bottle of wine. While they take advantage of being alone to spend a moment of intimacy, Camille returns home to retrieve her cell phone and comes across them having sex. In shock, the teenager hurries back to her father’s car and tells him what she saw. Although she is embarrassed, Manu makes her understand that these are things that happen and that they are part of life.
