A PAGE TURNS FOR SABINE
Before Billie leaves for high school, Dimitri tries by all means to ease the tensions with his daughter. While the teenager thinks her father is laughing at his wife’s death, he reminds her that he is not her enemy and that they should instead support each other in this terrible ordeal. In vain.
Meanwhile, Clément is worried about his daughter and confides in Janet. Although she is understanding, Doctor Lewis nevertheless enjoins her to cut the cord with her. But Clément, who raised her practically alone, is not yet ready to do so. Not far from there, Billie reunites with her classmates including Enzo. The teenagers then enthusiastically organize their next karaoke night. Sabine, who looks at them in the distance, smiles as she sees life gradually returning to its normal course.
Later, when the math teacher receives a call from Dimitri, she lets him understand that a story between them is impossible. The father of the family would like them to give themselves a second chance but Sabine would rather leave it there now than wait for something that may never happen. And to add that for his part, he needs time to rebuild himself and take care of his daughter.
Sabine then crosses paths with Billie in the halls of the school and says she is there for her. Very moved, the young woman thanks her for allowing the police to arrest her mother’s murderer. At the end of the day, Sabine goes to her father’s for dinner. Taking care of his daughter, Commissioner Becker prepared ham shells for her, the favorite dish of her childhood. An attention that makes Sabine laugh a lot.
YOUNG WOMAN GETS HARASSED
At the hospital, Claire receives a visit from Rose, David’s wife, who tries to reach her husband because she has a problem with his car. As the nurse is supposed to be on leave, Claire decides to cover him up by pretending that he is currently in the operating room. Once the young woman leaves, Claire tries to reach David but without success. When the latter ends up picking up, she informs him of the situation while specifying that she was forced to lie to him. In fact, David is in a hotel and seems to have spent part of the day with someone other than his wife.
In the savages, Lila, a student, works from her computer on the accounts of her father who runs a thrift store. At the next table, two men start to flirt with her by inviting her for a drink, but she declines before leaving. Unfortunately, they decide to follow her and are particularly insistent. Mo, who attends the scene, is about to intervene but changes his mind when he sees Lila succeed in sowing her stalkers.
However, a few meters further, the boys have not given up and are becoming more and more virulent with their prey. At the same time, Antonin and Anissa watch what is happening with concern. If Antonin wishes to intervene, Anissa prevents him from doing so for fear that the two young men will attack him. The teenager is about to call the police but finally puts her phone in her pocket when she sees the two young men turn back.
Lila later calls her father to tell him what happened. The latter wants his daughter to go to the harbor master’s office to report the incident, but she refuses, thinking she has managed to scare them away. But her respite is only short-lived when she realizes that the two young men have followed her to the port. While the boys are aggressive, Maryline, who walks in the area, decides to intervene by calling the police. Lila then takes advantage of this diversion to flee but the two young men follow suit.
After catching up with her, they demand an apology. As one of them grabs her arm, Lila tries to struggle but pushing him back, she stumbles and then falls into the water. Not seeing it rise to the surface and hearing the police sirens, they flee.
