DAVID AND LUCILLE TELL MO THE TRUTH
Following his assault, Enric would like to call the police but Mo prevents him because the person who broke into their home didn’t steal anything from them. Only, Enric thinks that this break-in is linked to her history and is even certain that she knows the identity of her attacker. After claiming otherwise, Mo goes back to bed.
The next morning, Yann waits for David to come out of his house to question his neighbours. The policeman then questions the landlord of the nurse’s accommodation, who confirms that his relations with him are cordial despite some problems of unpaid rent.
Meanwhile, Mo tells Lucille and David what happened. Convinced that the man who broke into her home was looking for the money they recovered, Inès’ mother would like to speak to the police. When her two new friends refuse, she says they’ll probably be next on the list. Moreover, Mo wonders if this money is not linked to someone dangerous who wants to recover it at all costs. Since she insists on talking to the authorities, Lucille and David are finally forced to confess to her that they took money from the bag. Stunned, Mo retorts that they are in trouble.
For his part, Enric informs Gary that a burglar entered his home during the night. When Gary asks what the police think, Enric replies that Mo didn’t want them to come. They therefore say to themselves that her lover could be at the origin of this break-in.
Yasmine collects parcels from her locker. After putting them in her bag, she leaves the hospital and comes across Lieutenant Cross who would like to ask her some questions about David. The caregiver then tells him that his colleague has separated from his wife and that he has encountered some financial problems. She also indicates that they wanted to help him by collecting money but that in the end he didn’t need it. When the policeman questions her on how he managed to get out of it, Yasmine explains that one of her friends lent her some money.
Not far from there, Lucille is continuing her investigation into a possible settling of scores between dealers or a theft of cash. That’s why she meets Adam and asks him a few questions on the subject on the pretext of writing an upcoming article. Unfortunately, the trafficker can’t help him because he hasn’t heard anything about it. While he tries to find out if she has a lead, the journalist confirms it but cannot tell him anything. Adam therefore hopes that she is not involved in a bad plan then affirms that if necessary, he will be there to protect her.
At the end of the day, Yann and Becker take stock of the investigation. During his research, Yann noticed that David had settled his debts in cash, that Lucille had gone shopping and that none of them had used his bank account. The superintendent then decides to call the prosecution to see if he can put Mo, Lucille and David in custody.
JANET LOSE HER PATIENT
Karine arrives at the hospital to be prepared for her operation. As she is a little stressed, Claire reassures her by telling her that she is in very good hands. Shortly after, Arthur arrives in the room and takes the patient to the operating room.
Later, Claire tells Hélène that she has to visit two new houses. While her colleague offers to accompany her in case Florent is unavailable, Claire replies that it will not be necessary since her companion has managed to free himself. Having felt uneasy during their last visit, Hélène would like to know if it didn’t bother Florent that she was present, especially since she sometimes has trouble keeping her distance. Claire assures him no.
At the same time, Karine wakes up from her operation. The operation having gone very well, Janet informs her that she will be able to leave the hospital at the end of the day. When the young woman indicates that she is in pain, Janet explains that it is normal because she is at the end of anesthesia then certifies that the painkillers will have their effect.
Subsequently, Karine receives a visit from Claire who comes to hear from her. After telling her that she was better, Karine explains that she realized that she no longer wanted to be under constant pressure and that she decided to change her life. Happy for her, Claire leaves her patient’s room.
A few hours later, Jennifer finds Karine unconscious in her bed. Janet tries to revive her but without success, Karine died.
