” Boss Incognito“, it’s basically fake mustache. And a lot of wigs. Exchanges around the coffee machine. Honest workers. A few wankers. A lot of customer. Occasionally awkward scenes. Lots of Laughs. But above all it is:
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, because “Patron Incognito” without a boss would just be “Incognito” and suddenly it’s no longer the same show. Then it’s time to pay homage to the best past bosses on the show with their fake mustaches. The nice ones, the competent ones or just the ones who made us laugh.
1. The Finsbury Boss
Despite his ugly disguise, we really liked the boss of this brand of shoes.
Listening, always smiling and visibly very human, he seemed more interested in his colleagues than in the defects of his box. And as much to say it right away, this is not the case for all those who have been on the show.
But on the other hand really the disguise, it is not possible.
2. The boss of couriers.com
Karine Cohen is probably the nicest boss on the show.
Even when she’s scolding at the end of the show, it’s sweet. ” Drive slower please cause I care about you she said in an interview to a delivery man who was a little too busy during his immersion week. It’s all stupid, but it feels good.
The employee who says ” this is the first time i feel so respected when leaving the final interview, it’s a sign.
Well done Karine.
3. The owner of Columbus Café
Stéphane arrived super stuck in his own coffee-shop. Rigid and uncomfortable: it looked like Stéphane Bern in a tuning party.
And in the end, the work with “real people” made him smile and we ended up appreciating him in the end. He even looks… relaxed. A great feat from the show.
4. Daniel Moquet’s boss
Pauline Moquet, the boss of the box, was a little lost on the ground.
But at least it readily acknowledges this and values the work of its employees. And her recognition is concrete because she decides to increase the salary of all her employees at the end of the show, as well as to promote those she has worked closely with. And another change: overtime will be paid at the end of the month and not at the end of the year. And two tickets to see a PSG match for its best employee, as a bonus.
Like what, getting your hands dirty is a game-changer.
5. The Business Market Boss
One of the show’s youngest bosses, Nahel.
And it may be related, but it’s also one of the coolest. No penalties or reproaches, but only advice or ideas for each pro to improve. Words much more effective than a stroke of pressure.
6. The Boss of LDLC
Laurent de la Clergerie HAD to be part of this top.
Because given his calm in front of his employee Joris who says that the equipment manufactured by the company “is shit”, he deserves it.
Incredible phlegm. Well done Laurent.
7. The boss of “La Compagnie du Lit”
The funniest of bosses.
When an employee tells him “you look like you’re drooling”he responds spontaneously “oh no I didn’t drool, I SHIT” with his communicative smile.
After carrying mattresses for a week and realizing how hard the job was, he decided to change all the trolleys in the group to help his employees. So some would rightly say it could have been done before the show, but at least it’s done. And in addition, he offers a job to the husband of one of his employees who is in shit. Funny, sensitive AND capable of self-criticism, that’s not bad for a boss.
8. The boss of Tom and Co
Frankly, with a pet business, normally the boss could only be nice.
Well fortunately, it is.
Out of sheer kindness (and because it’s being filmed), the boss offers a trip to the Everglades to his croc-loving employee. Yes, you can be a fan of crocodiles, it’s good, stop judging out of pity. How nice.
It turns out, it’s just to get rid of his employee and it’s genius.
9. The boss of Nabab Kebab
The boss of a kebab chain immersed in a kebab, already sorry but we like the concept.
And Hakim did really well. Kind, funny and very friendly with his staff. And he pays for an employee’s car license out of his own pocket. Onion tomato salad.
Well done chief.
10. Lambert Moquette’s Boss
The funniest, sweetest, kindest and most amazing boss.
Well done Francois.
