After Mona (Catherine Benguigui) and Louise (Alexandra Naoum), viewers of the successful daily TF1 soap opera will meet Xavier Meffre (Charles Lelaure), the new prosecutor of Sète, who is also a childhood friend of Chloé (Ingrid Chauvin) and Flore (Anne Caillon). An arrival eagerly awaited by fans of the series since it could well allow Chloe to make a new sentimental start and thus forget Alex (Alexandre Brasseur). After training at the Angers Conservatory and the Sudden Theater workshops, Charles Lelaure made a name for himself in the theater world in several plays. Accustomed to the boards, it is on television that the actor polishes his talents and will make himself known to the general public by increasing his appearances in TV films and series such as Un femme d’honneur or Léa Parker. In 2006, his career took a new turn when he landed the role of Lieutenant Théo Martineau in Femmes de loi for three seasons. A series in which he had also rubbed shoulders with Ingrid Chauvin for a season. Building on this experience, Charles Lelaure then went on to perform roles in many popular series. We will see him in Candice Renoir then in Under the sun of Saint-Tropez where he plays Leo for seven episodes. In 2015, he gave the reply to Laurent Ournac in an episode of Camping Paradis and lent his features to Matthieu, a man who hides his homosexuality from his parents.

Today, Charles Lelaure is embarking on a whole new television adventure by joining the cast of Tomorrow belongs to us. His character should settle down permanently as the prosecutor of the city of Sète and will be at the heart of an important investigation around the Corkas family. The opportunity also for him to become very probably the new man in Chloe’s life.
