Given the elements against her, Mathilde remains the main suspect in the case on the death of Clément. Despite everything, Commander Constant knows that the teenager is fragile and that she would have already cracked if she was guilty.

Martin then meets Chloe who informs him that Nathan lied about the argument between Mathilde and Clément. Indeed, the young man had indicated having heard the altercation from the boys’ toilets, but it is impossible that he could have heard them given the configuration of the premises. Without waiting, the police summons Nathan.

Meanwhile, Jahia hangs a portrait of Clément in the school grounds. Very touched, Lætitia thanks the teenager before bursting into tears under the weight of grief. Shortly after, Chloe joins them. Even if she finds the photo very beautiful, however, she would have preferred to be asked for permission before hanging it, but Jahia indicates that she had the approval of her mother.

Later, Irene goes to Chloe’s office and asks her about the presence of the police in the school grounds. But the principal cannot say anything to him, which does not please the CPE which accuses him of abuse of power.

For his part, Nathan is questioned and ends up telling what really happened on the day of the tragedy. Clement was actually Nathan’s dealer. The latter had an appointment with him in the girls’ toilets to buy him some weed. When Mathilde arrived, Clément therefore went out to talk to her. Nathan then reports that his two comrades had an argument. For his part, even if Clement owed him money, Nathan swears he didn’t kill him.

With these new elements, Martin and Georges decide to focus their investigation on Clément’s dealer activity. Several kilometers away, Jordan locks himself in his room then retrieves a bag containing several wads of bills as well as another containing a block of hash.

It is the day of the reopening of the Spoon. Despite the social media publicity, Bart and Louise have only had two clients since morning. If Bart is annoyed, Louise is on the contrary confident for the future.

For her part, Vanessa has planned a frothy omelet with summer truffles for the lunch service. A choice much too expensive for the owners of the bar who remind him that they are a very small restaurant and not a gourmet. The chef may well ensure that she stayed within the budget, Louise does not appreciate that she did what she wanted. While Louise is annoyed by his behavior, Bart signals to her that they will have to deal with it.

Later, Lina and Maël arrive at the Spoon at lunchtime. At first looking forward to having his first two real clients of the day, Bart is quickly disappointed to find that the teenagers have come only to obtain details of the hostage-taking that claimed Odysseus’s life. Not appreciating their inappropriate questions, Bart summons them to leave the scene immediately.

At the end of the day, Bart and Louise are annoyed that they only had four clients, but Vanessa tries to cheer them up, certain that the situation will improve.
