Tom Kerridge is getting into the fast food game (and he’s doing it the vegan way too) by teaming up with brand designer Mark Emms to open Bad Vegan at Buck Street Market in Camden. The idea behind the restaurant is to introduce plant-based foods to people who don’t necessarily want to follow a vegan diet, so while the menu will be mostly plant-based, there will be non-vegan items available. Basically if you are a flexitarian this is the place for you.

We don’t have any details on the dishes yet (we’re betting on burgers and fries), but we do know there will be vegan shakes and beers from the Camden Town Brewery on the menu. Check out this space for more …
