OCS will broadcast in US + 24 the series The White Lotus, with in particular Connie Britton (Dirty John) and Murray Bartlett. Check out the trailer.
Social satire taking place in a seaside resort with a postcard landscape, The White Lotus follows the vacations of various hotel guests for a week, between idleness and personal stories. But as time goes by, a darker side of vacationers and staff emerges, behind their apparent happiness and the smiles on the outside.
This is the synopsis of this new HBO mini-series that OCS will broadcast on US + 24 from July 12. The channel has also just unveiled the first trailer, which sets the tone.
The White Lotus offers itself a heterogeneous cast that catches our attention: in addition to Connie Britton (currently playing Dirty John on TF1) and Murray Bartlett, we also find Steve Zahn, Alexandra Daddario, Sydney Sweeney (Euphoria), Brittany O’Grady (Her Voice) or Jennifer Coolidge. Filming took place in Hawaii as early as October 2020, following a very strict COVID protocol.
The series is created by Mike White (Enlighted with Laura Dern) who directs the 6 episodes.
