The cast of The Last of Us continues to grow. Latest actress to join the HBO adaptation of the famous video game: Anna Torv, seen in Fringe and MINDHUNTER, who will play Tess.
As production on The Last of Us is in full swing, the cast of this HBO live-action series adaptation of the popular video game is growing. As we learn Variety, Anna Torv (Fringe, MINDHUNTER) has joined the series’ cast headed by Craig Mazin (Chernobyl) and Neil Druckmann, creator of the video game.
The Australian actress was cast for a regular role in the series: that of Tess, a dreaded survivor and smuggler who teamed up with Joel (Pedro Pascal). It is she who introduces Ellie (Bella Ramsey) to Joel and who will entrust to her former companion the delicate mission of accompanying the young girl to the lair of the Fireflies.
