25 films on the clock, for six different incarnations. Among the most lucrative franchises in cinema, the James Bond license therefore joins the Amazon team. The pink Panther
Jewel of comedy, the saga The Pink Panther initiated by director Blake Edwards and British actor Peter Sellers follows the crazy adventures of a French police inspector, Jacques Clouseau. RoboCop 2 and 3 – have met with more modest success, in particular because of their more sanitized tone. In 2014, a reboot carried by Joel Kinnaman received a mixed reception by the international press.
The famous Nanny McPhee played by Emma Thompson also joins the Amazon catalog; inspired by the Nurse Matilda novels, the diptych includes the films Nanny McPhee (2005) and Nanny McPhee and the Big Bang (2010). Despite its cast (Emma Thompson, David Tennant, Colin Firth …), the box office failure of the second film did not allow the third part to see the light of day.
