After launching an online store during the first lockdown (which is still on delivery right now), Skye Gyngell takes on Spring To Go IRL with a farm store in Notting Hill. The shop will be stocked with produce from Fern Verrow and Heckfield Home Farm, including seasonal vegetables, milk, cheese, oils, eggs, pickles, preserves and syrups, as well as natural wines selected by the Spring sommelier, Monique Ziervogel.
The spring team will also provide baked goods, like nut and raisin breads, frozen rolls and supports for the store, as well as meals like poached chicken with sourdough dumplings and greens. winter and spring nettle tagliolini with a wild garlic and walnut sauce. And there will be a counter in the shop for you to buy coffees, hot shocks, cakes and rolls to go.
And Skye doesn’t stop at the food; she also has natural treatments from Wildsmith, biodynamic soap from Saipua, and arrangements from florist Kitten Grayson, so it’s literally your one stop shop.
