Residents across the state are on edge after a series of scary signs have popped up along highways without warning. The signs, which have messages like “You’re being watched” and “They’re coming,” have been seen in several states, including Texas, California, and Pennsylvania.
Police are investigating the signs, but no suspects have been identified. The signs have not been claimed by any group or individual, and their purpose is unknown.
Some residents are concerned that the signs are a threat from a serial killer or terrorist group. Others believe that the signs are a prank or hoax. However, police are taking the signs seriously and are urging residents to report any suspicious activity.
One resident, who did not want to be identified, said that she saw one of the signs while driving home from work one night.
“I was driving down the highway and I saw this sign that said ‘You’re being watched,'” she said. “I almost ran off the road. It was really scary.”
Another resident, who also did not want to be identified, said that he saw one of the signs while driving with his family.
“My wife and kids were in the car with me and we all saw the sign,” he said. “My kids were really scared. I don’t know who put these signs up, but they need to stop.”
Police are asking residents to report any suspicious activity or sightings of the signs. They are also reminding residents to be vigilant and aware of their surroundings.
Tips for staying safe on the road:
- Be aware of your surroundings and report any suspicious activity to the police.
- Do not stop for strangers.
- If you see a sign that says something like “You’re being watched” or “Turn back now,” do not stop. Call the police and report the sign.
- If you are feeling threatened, call 911 immediately.
