From mid-May, TF1 will offer season 1 of “Plan B”, an anthological series with Julie de Bona, Tom Leeb and Axel Auriant, about a mother who will go back in time to try to save her daughter.
After Un Homme d’Honneur, Gloria and Je te promis, TF1 is continuing its adaptations of foreign fictions with Plan B, a French transposition of an eponymous Quebec fiction, which the front page will broadcast from Monday, May 17 at 9:05 p.m.
In Marseille, Florence, in her early forties, leads a busy life between her ex-husband, her two children, her job as a radio host and her involvement in the cause of women. But her world falls apart when her 16-year-old daughter Lou commits suicide.
She failed to see her daughter’s unhappiness. Now her daughter is dead, and there is nothing she can do about it. Unless… When Florence is put in contact with the Plan B agency, a company that allows you to travel through time, she may have a second chance.
Directed by Christophe Campos, who has already worked on Les Bracelets Rouges, Clem and Mention Particulière, Plan B is an anthological series in 6 episodes worn for its first season by Julie de Bona, who will camp this mother ready to go back in time to save her girl.
The actress, who played Rose Rivière in Le Bazar de la Charité, will therefore resume the role originally played by Sophie Lorain, a Canadian actress seen in Quai n ° 1 and Les invasions barbares.
For the occasion, Julie de Bona will give the answer to Tom Leeb, who recently shone in season 2 of Infidèles, but also to Bruno Debrandt (Engrenages) with whom she has already worked on Fear on the Lake. Andréa Ferreol and Firmine Richard complete the cast.
On the new talent side, Axel Auriant, who has made a name for himself in the SKAM France teen series, currently available on Francetv Slash, will take his first steps here in a large-scale production, which should allow him to introduce his talent to a wider audience. Tom Rivoire, alias Clément in the Red Bracelets and Kim Higelin will also be in the game.
Season 1 of Plan B is to be discovered from Monday, May 17 from 9:05 p.m. on TF1.
