Tokyo Vice – Thursday, September 15

Tokyo, 1990s. Jake, an American news reporter, works for one of Japan’s most prominent newspapers. Passionate about organized crime, he closely follows the fearsome Yakuza gangs, going so far as to put his life in danger by infiltrating the mafia.

Inspired by the true story of Jake Adelsteinan investigative journalist whose eponymous book caused a sensation, the polished aesthetic and the omnipresent tension of tokyo vice make it the back-to-school event series, to be discovered from September 15.

This is Ansel Elgortthe revelation of West Side Story and Baby Driver who lends him his features, alongside Ken Watanabe (Inception, the last Samourai…) and Franco-Swiss Ella Rumpf (Severe). At the completion of this series in 8 episodes, we find Destin Daniel Cretton (Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings) while the thriller genius Michael Mann(Heat), signs the pilot.

Spider-Man: No Way Home – Friday, September 9
