Native at Browns to Open | Eat & Drink

After swapping the town for Osea Island last year, Native returns to town and opens inside Browns in Mayfair. Ivan Tisdall-Downes and Imogen Davis, with Hide’s Joe Knowlden as head chef, will bring their wild and sustainable food to the store with a menu that includes dishes like roasted onion tarte tatin, roasted cauliflower with nasturtium and brown butter, bearded seaweed paochés with white seaweed butter, retired dairy cow rib eye with leavened onion purée and wild mushrooms, and white chocolate and bone marrow caramel.

The restaurant is slated to open in the spring, but you can get an early taste of the zero waste menu with the newly launched Native at Home three- and six-course kits, alongside Imogen’s selected wines of the week. Menus will change every two weeks and delivery is available nationwide.
