Abdel discovers Elisa’s secret
Worried about Elisa, Abdel pushes her to confide in him. But the young woman replies that it is a personal story that does not concern him.
The next day, Abdel asks Tim what he discovered about BTC. In order to find out who runs the company, the reporter has traced it to an offshore account in the Cayman Islands, but he can’t go any further. Abdel then seeks the help of a hacker. The latter informs them shortly after that it is Vincent Marceau, Elisa’s father…
Meanwhile, Elisa is summoned to the judge’s office. The victim has still not been identified. According to the medical examiner, the individual would have fallen at least ten meters. The slab would have been poured only a few hours after his death. Mr. Burgeaud, the foreman, remains the main suspect, whether he concealed an accident or did someone a favor. Judge Colbert notices that Elisa seems disturbed by the case, but the lawyer denies it and intends to prove her determination to her.
Leaving the judge’s office, Elisa meets Abdel. He admits knowing who his father is. He believes her to be sincere and tries to help her. They are going to have lunch together at the Marci. Elisa then reveals that she works for her father but has only known him for two years. Indeed, after her parents’ divorce, Elisa lived with her mother in Paris, and never saw her father, who was too busy with his work. The latter contacted him again when she became a lawyer and then offered to work for him. She’s not surprised that her dad runs BTC from a Cayman-based holding company, but she admits she doesn’t know him well enough to know how involved he is in the murder case or not. Elisa ends up accepting Abdel’s help and makes him a promise to safeguard their friendship no matter what.
In the evening, while Abdel is preparing dinner, Vincent Marceau shows up at his house…
Sunalee and Dimitri continue their investigation
The teens’ parents are mobilizing to help them organize the end-of-year prom. Blanche will take care of the changing rooms, while Thomas will manage the bar. Bastien shows up to take care of the parking lot. Finally, Gabriel appoints himself master of ceremonies. Meanwhile, Rochat shows Lola and Noé pictures of the room he has reserved for the occasion.
For her part, Sunalee informs Dimitri of the progress of her investigation. Natacha, who went by her mother’s last name, was in the same class as Nathan for two years in high school. But Sunalee confesses that the English teacher remained evasive when she asked him questions. On the other hand, she tracked down their SVT teacher at the time. So they pick up where they left off. Facing the sea, they remember the good times spent together. Kilian is on cloud nine again. Charmed by his statements, Betty kisses him…
After love, Kilian plans a romantic sea trip the next day. Betty immediately rebuffs him, retorting that she no longer wants to be with him. Kilian can’t stand her going away. He follows her to her house. Betty then attempts to restrain her mother, who is about to leave for a robbery.
