Ariane discovers Julien’s true identity

Terribly hurt by Kevin’s words, Camille is ready to throw herself under the wheels of a car. Jacob stops him at the last moment. After trying to resist, the girl bursts into tears in his arms…

The next day, Camille reproaches Jacob for having kidnapped and confined her when she was younger. She feels it’s her fault that Kevin can’t love her. Jacob, meanwhile, regrets not killing Kevin sooner. Camille then threatens to commit suicide if he attacks him. At the end of his tether, Jacob punches her and knocks her out on the spot.

For his part, Kevin advises Emma and Baptiste to distance themselves from Camille because of the ongoing investigation. He says no more. He also warns them that he plans to go for a hike.

Meanwhile, Ariane and Mathieu continue their investigation into Joseph Kovak. They go to his old elementary school to get class photos and finally have a face to put on his name. The principal of the school discovers that all the photos of the class of 1992 no longer exist in the archives. Nevertheless, she is able to contact the school’s partner photographer for many years to send her the photos of the pupils taken during their jubilee.

Leaving with a portrait of Joseph Kovak at the age of 10, Ariane and Mathieu await the results of an aging software. When the latter fall, the face of the one Ariane knows as Julien appears…

Gabriel dots the “i’s”

Before leaving for Scotto, Kilian and Lola take care to avoid Gabriel. The latter recognizes that his reaction to them was unfair: by dint of taking it upon himself in the hospital, he felt the need to let off steam on someone. Thomas makes it clear that this kind of behavior is unacceptable within their family.

In Marseille-Est, Gabriel confronts Jeanne and Léa about their bet. He puts an end to it by asking that the money bet be entirely donated to Cédric. In addition, he demands to recover his parking space and not to do all the nights listed on his schedule. After winning his case with his superior, Gabriel joins Rose to debrief on a patient’s condition before his operation. The nurse profusely apologizes for an oversight, but Gabriel reassures her. Astonished, Rose confesses that she was afraid that he would yell at her like he used to. Gabriel claims he has changed.

Back at the Mistral, Gabriel asks Lola for forgiveness. To catch up, he takes the whole family to the escape game they had offered him. They all have a great time together. Gabriel’s bad faith even becomes a joke between them.

Sylvia wants to try her luck with Romain

At the roommate, Émilie encourages Sylvia not to fall back into her ex’s arms. Romain, who overheard their conversation, agrees with Emilie. He feels that Sylvia deserves better than Benjamin.

While Sylvia is sorely lacking in self-confidence, especially in relation to Romain, Émilie continues to support her, judging that she would be the perfect woman for him. At Émilie’s request, Fanny even agrees to reassure Sylvia about her chances with Romain. She assures that she would be delighted to see them together.

In order to find out if her roommate physically likes her, Sylvia asks her opinion on the need to resort to cosmetic surgery for her face. Romain observes her carefully, then declares that she is perfect as she is.
