Theo is imprisoned
At the police station, Revel takes stock with his teams. Éric is in charge of digging the track concerning the Liberati, while Jean-Paul insists with Théo to obtain detailed confessions. Faced with the silence of the young man, Jean-Paul uses the hard way by attaching him to his chair with handcuffs. During this time, Delphine and Franck are kept in the cell.
Éric goes to Blanche to talk to Noé about the stabbing he witnessed on Théo. The teenager being absent, the policeman remains a moment with his friend. He is obliged to tell her that Coralie has been found dead. Blanche is devastated.
At the police station, Delphine and Franck see Theo being transferred to Les Baumettes. Franck maintains that he is innocent. In a panic, Delphine reveals that her son is bipolar and that his confession is not serious. Worried to death, Delphine is certain that Theo is not capable of surviving in prison.
Later, Kevin announces to Franck that he is allowed to go out. However, he must remain in Marseille, at the disposal of the police. As for Delphine, her custody is extended. She then begs her companion to help them get them out of there…
Gabriel sinks into depression
As Kilian hopes to go out with friends, Gabriel reminds him of the rules he established with Thomas on this subject. Annoyed, the teenager replies that he accepts that Gabriel takes care of him on the condition that he does not operate on his kidney.
Later, in the street, Gabriel is challenged by the son of his patient. The latter tears before his eyes the plane ticket for Martinique that the whole family had bought for her in the hope that she can travel after her operation.
Gabriel returns home and receives a visit from Léa, who has come to hear from him. He confides to her that he takes sleeping pills to be able to fall asleep because he is haunted by his medical error. Léa hopes with all her heart that he will be reinstated in the hospital.
Back from class, Kilian apologizes to Gabriel for what he said to him in the morning. His tutor excuses him and says he wants to be more flexible with the teenagers about their outings. Kilian and Lola then come across a box of sleeping pills and immediately warn Thomas. He confides in Céline, who advises him to do everything to enhance her husband.
Gérard hides a deep malaise
Laetitia decides to catch Gérard in his own trap by pretending to worry about his health problems. She takes him by force to Vidal, who explains the very painful operation he will have to undergo for his inguinal hernia. Gérard then admits that he made it all up.
At Marci, Laetitia thus confronts her brother with all his lies. Gérard admits that he hoped to be able to change on contact with her because, as soon as he is sincere, he loses his means. In this case, he flashed on Carmen, Fanny’s mother, for a week, and still did not dare to speak to her. Disappointed with himself, Gérard decides to leave Marseille.
For her part, Laetitia pays the bill with Fanny. At this time, Carmen discusses with her daughter. She says she receives a rose at her home every day for a week, without knowing the identity of her secret admirer.
Laetitia returns to see her brother at the Zéphyr, where he begins to pack his bags. Touched by the vulnerability he has shown, she accepts that he stays at her house for a few days on the condition that he stops scamming people and reimburses Valentin.
