The most famous monsters from the Disney universe return in a series, “Monsters, Inc.: At work”, available on Disney + from July 2nd. Check out the first teaser.

Twenty years after the original film’s release and 7 years after its prequel, Monsters University, the two friends of Monstropolis return in a series of 10 episodes which follows the first opus. After becoming the president of the company, Sulli turns corporate codes upside down by discovering that children’s laughter is much more powerful than their panic attacks. A problem for the new employee Tylor Tuskmon who dreams of becoming scarier than ever.

If the iconic duo of Bob and Sulli will indeed be present, the program will focus more particularly on a handful of characters still unknown to the general public – to discover below. John Goodman (Sulli), Billy Crystal (Bob) and Bonnie Hunt (Ms. La Fuite) will give their voices back, but will be surrounded by newcomers like Ben Feldman, Mindy Kaling, Henry Winkler, Lucas Neff and Alanna Ubach.

The first episodes will be directed by the late Rob Gibbs, animation legend who died in April 2020, who had previously worked on the very first film. On the French dubbing side, Disney has not yet announced the new actor who will lend his voice to Sulli after the sudden disappearance of Jacques Frantz on March 17, 2021 at the age of 73. From July 2, the platform will broadcast an episode of Monsters, Inc.: At Work per week.
