If she had to choose between Marvel and DC, she would choose the House of Ideas without hesitation. But her pleasure is second to none when she has to watch a Superman movie or a series about Jessica Jones. She is also always looking for easter eggs and hidden details …

According to Kevin Feige, season 2 of the animated series Marvel’s What If…? will integrate the films of phase 4, including the eagerly awaited Spider-Man No Way Home and Doctor Strange 2. A beautiful program in perspective on Disney +.

Season 1 of Marvel’s What If …? has barely been launched that the teams are already working on the second. This is what Kevin Feige revealed to Screenrant, in full promotion of Shang-Chi.

And on this subject, the big boss of the House of Ideas has confirmed that the animated series will integrate well the films of Phase 4, where the first episodes had fun reimagining the intrigues of Captain America 1, Guardians of the Galaxy. 1 or Black Panther 1.

The good thing about What If is that you can tackle everything. Much like the premiere explored the MCU movies and stories you’ve seen in the past, Season 2 is going to incorporate those from Phase 4.

And the program turns out to be tantalizing since in the coming months (and years!), Marvel fans will discover new superheroes (Shang-Chi and The Eternals) and will find some Avengers through Spider-Man: No Way Home. , Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Thor: Love and Thunder and Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

We don’t yet know how Marvel’s What If…? will revisit these films with multiverse sauce – knowing that most of them already broach the subject – but the teams will have a lot of fun. We can already imagine an episode centered on the weaver, with the appearance why not of a Tobey MaGuire or an Andrew Garfield… Unless No Way Home already does it!
