Martin Scorsese’s new feature film Killers of the Flower Moon, produced by Paramount and Apple TV, won’t be released on the streaming platform alone. It will indeed benefit from a theatrical release in France.
Here is a very reassuring news which reaches us from Paramount France. The studio will distribute Killers of the Flower Moon in France, giving it a decent theatrical release.
Since the involvement of Apple TV on the project, a vagueness remained about the distribution of Martin Scorsese’s feature film. Will he land only on the apple platform or will he benefit from a cinema release, as in the USA?
To this question, Paramount France has decided. Contacted by us, the company confirmed to us that it intended to distribute the film in theaters in France. On the other hand, we have not obtained any details regarding the release date or the time between theatrical release and streaming availability.
Fans of the legendary director can therefore be reassured, Killers of the Flower Moon will indeed be visible on the big screen, unlike The Irishman, which was released only on Netflix.

As a reminder, the work will tell us the true story of the murders of several members of the Indian tribe of Osage in Oklahoma. They were assassinated after finding oil on their land in the 1920s. The FBI will be in charge of the investigation, via the character played by Jesse Plemons.
The film will also mark Scorsese’s reunion with his two favorite actors, Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert De Niro. Filming, which started a few weeks ago, should take 6 months.
