Jenelle Evans made a custody agreement with her ex Nathan Griffith.
On Tuesday, October 20, the former Teen mom 2 star confirmed that a resolution has been made that will allow both parents to spend time with their 6-year-old son, Kaiser.
“I am happy that both sides can settle outside of court instead of fighting,” Jenelle said In touch. “I feel like co-parenting at such a young age is scary and difficult to deal with. Not everyone is going to get along at first. Everyone has a little room to grow up and super happy that we can all be on the same page now. Kaiser is much happier and that’s a very positive change. “
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Jenelle will retain primary physical custody of Kaiser while Nathan reclaims him every two weekends.
Nathan’s mom Doris Davidson will be able to take care of her grandson every five weekends. And if Nate is unable to deal with Kaiser on the weekend he has designated, Doris can replace him on his behalf.
