The book Japanime (Webedia Books) traces the history of some of the most famous Japanese animation series, a work enriched by the participation of several emblematic personalities.

Whether you are an early fan, an occasional anime consumer or a complete neophyte, the Japanime book is surely for you. Tracing a part of Japanese animation through 73 series sheets, the book was co-written with Sébastien-Abdelhamid and the YouTuber Chef Otaku. Conceived as a love letter for these cartoons sometimes criticized for their content, the book also retraces their history on French television, from the first series broadcast on the ORTF to the greatest hits of Club Dorothée, to finish on the arrival in 2018 of Radiant, the first Japanese series adapted from a French manga.

Available from October 29 in bookstores, the book Japanime (Webedia Books) is to pre-order from today.
