Its place is not yet in a museum! Let’s go for the filming of the 5th part of the adventures of Indiana Jones! Harrison Ford was seen masked on the set, dressed in the mythical costume of the archaeologist.
Thirteen years after The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, Indiana Jones is back for a 5th epic!
Harrison Ford has donned the famous character’s hat and adventurer outfit again, as can be seen in a few snaps from the set posted on Twitter. Note that the film crew landed their cameras in England.
In the photos, the actor appears masked, alongside producer Kathleen Kennedy. At 78, the interpreter of the intrepid archaeologist seems in great shape, decked out in Indy’s characteristic costume.
For the moment, we do not know anything about the plot of this 5th opus, directed by James Mangold (Logan, Le Mans 66). It is rumored, however, that Harrison Ford could undergo digital rejuvenation for flashback scenes.
In the shot below, a man in a long black outfit can be seen standing behind Indy. Is it a comedian playing a member of an occult sect that our adventurer will have to face? The man in the cap is legendary producer Frank Marshall.
One thing is certain, Mads Mikkelsen and Phoebe Waller-Bridge will give the answer to Harrison Ford in roles still mysterious. As for John Rhys-Davies, his return to the Sallah costume has not been confirmed, although the comedian hinted at it last January.
The film will land in theaters on July 27, 2022! Stack to celebrate Harrison Ford’s 80th birthday.
BIG FAN THEORY: IS INDIANA JONES IMMORTAL?
