He is embodied by Matt Smithrevealed in Doctor Who or for his role as Prince Philip in the first two seasons of The Crown.
Olivia Cooke as Lady Alicent Hightower

Nicknamed “The Serpent of the Seas”, and married to Princess Rhaenys, Lord Corlys Velaryon is the greatest navigator in the history of Westeros and the commander of House Velaryon, a prestigious line as old as that of the Targaryens.
This one can also boast of being richer than the Lannister house thanks to an immense fleet, claimed as the largest in the world. A character played by Steve Toussaint.
Eve Best is Princess Rhaenys Velaryon

Known for her role as Dr. O’Hara in Nurse Jackie, Eve Best is Rhaenys Velaryon in House of the Dragon. “Queen who never was”, the only child of Prince Aemon Targaryen could have become the heir to the Iron Throne on his death, and thus succeed his grandfather Jaehaerys I Targaryen.
It was finally her cousin Viserys who took her place, thus leaving her with the status of princess… She is the wife of Lord Corlys Velaryon.
Sonoya Mizuno is Mysaria
