In the next episode of “Here everything begins”… David is responsible for Mathieu’s death and Ethan and Samia sleep together. As for Vic, she wants to invite Theo to join the circle.

Friday, September 30 in Here it all starts…
DAVID IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEATH OF MATHIEU
Anaïs explains to her ex-boyfriend that she is a little disturbed by what happened the day before. David then admits that he wanted to kiss her since the first time he saw her again at the institute. However, the young woman does not think it is a good idea for him to make a statement to her so soon after his separation from Lisandro. He doesn’t seem bothered by her remark, however, and tries to find out if she has feelings for him. Anaïs admits that she cannot give him an answer at the moment since she is already thinking of a lot of things. In the distance, Charlène sees them very accomplices.
A little later, Anaïs learns that the ephemeral restaurant will use the structure of the Pop-Up to save materials, but she can still arrange things as she pleases. The young chef explains to them that she would like a cozy atmosphere where customers can relax. She also tells them that she found the name of the restaurant: “The white rock”. David points out to her in private that it’s not a good idea since it’s the name of the beach where her brother drowned, but Anaïs does not intend to reconsider her decision.
Salomé has meanwhile researched the White Rock and confronts David about it. The young woman would like him to help Anaïs remember the day of the accident, but he categorically refuses to talk to her about it.
Meanwhile, Charlène takes pleasure in talking to Lisandro about the recent rapprochement between Anaïs and David. She then explains to him that she saw them glued to each other this morning in the park, which surprises the professor. He then leaves suddenly on the pretext of having to settle something.
For her part, Rose would like to open the ephemeral restaurant before next Tuesday, which seems quite possible according to Joachim if he works all weekend. However, she doesn’t think it’s a good idea since it might upset Clotilde. The technician then assures her that she has the wrong idea of what her sister is really thinking. They are then interrupted by Salomé who is very worried about Anaïs. Indeed, she thinks that David does everything possible so that she does not remember the day of their accident. Moreover, she discovered that an investigation had been opened at the time and that swimming was prohibited because the beach is known to be dangerous. According to her, the student does not tell them everything…
At the same time, Lisandro comes across David in the kitchen when he has been temporarily excluded from the establishment. He then orders her to leave but the young man has fun provoking her. The tone rises between them until the professor grabs him by the collar and is about to hit him. They are interrupted in time by Anaïs who reminds him of what he risks if someone finds out what he is doing. However, Lisandro does not care and holds the young man responsible for their breakup. But the young woman reminds him that it was he who decided to break up. She then asks David not to say anything about this accident.
At the end of the day, Salomé sneaks into David’s room and finds a video from the day of the accident on her computer. Unfortunately, the young man surprises her during her viewing. She then understands that Anaïs is not aware of the existence of this video and believes that she has the right to know. David then tries to convince her to keep this information to herself as he doesn’t want her to find out the truth. Indeed, it is his fault if Mathieu died…
ETHAN AND SAMIA SLEEP TOGETHER
Before Chef Armand’s lesson, Ethan confides in Axel that the situation is still complicated with Samia. He also thinks that it would be better if they took their distance because things are getting awkward between them. However, Teyssier’s nephew advises her to put her ego aside since it’s obvious they have feelings for each other. Then, Clotilde begins her lesson on low temperature cooking.
They then put his teaching into practice by cooking duck breasts. However, Clotilde points out to Axel that his preparation is not good. Samia then allows herself to give her some advice, but the chef points out that her duck breast is also not perfect. For his part, Ethan thinks he has found the right technique and impresses his teacher who finds the perfect cooking. As for Samia, she seems very annoyed by her success.
Clotilde noticed the cohesion of the first year students as well as the competition, in the good sense of the word, between Ethan and Samia. According to her, they are capable of very beautiful things.
At the end of the day, Ethan prepared a salted butter caramel éclair for Samia. The young man comes to cheer him up and points out that they both hate losing as much as the other. Their seduction game resumes again and they end up sleeping together.
VIC WANTS TO INVITE THEO TO JOIN THE CIRCLE
Vic and Billie are really motivated to reform the circle since they discovered the secret room. The students wish to recruit a new member who already has experience in the kitchen and who will be able to remain discreet in all circumstances. After careful consideration, they choose Enzo.
A little later, Enzo discovers a mysterious invitation in his locker. The young chef is totally lost. Vic then explains to him that it is probably a privilege for an elite club within the institute. It would be quite logical for the members of the circle to contact him since he is valedictorian and has won the national pastry championship. For his part, Lionel thinks all this is a joke.
Enzo then explains to Lionel that it may be an invitation to join an elite club at the institute. However, his friend is skeptical since they haven’t seen anything suspicious since joining the cooking school. For his part, Enzo is much more enthusiastic because after all, a private club is supposed to be secret. Lionel does not believe this story at all and manages to dissuade his friend from going to the meeting.
At the end of the day, Enzo did not show up for the meeting to the chagrin of the first-year students. However, they do not intend to stop in such a good way and wish to recruit someone else. Vic then offers them to aim even higher by offering Théo Teyssier to join them. Billie and Samia immediately reject this idea since he is already too well known and could very well talk to his father about it. Vic finally promises them to drop the case… But will she keep her word?
