SALOME AND SWAN KISS
Early in the morning, Eliott has an idea to relax his boyfriend who seems very tense since the day before. While he wants to share an intimate moment with Greg, he receives several messages. If he initially refuses to look at them, Eliott pushes him away knowing full well that they come from Marius. Moreover, he is right since the clerk asks his friend to join him as soon as possible because there is an emergency.
The threats continue! This time, Marius found in his bed a large red stain resembling blood. If it’s just red food coloring, there’s no doubt someone is trying to bully them. For the clerk, these last elements clearly indicate that they killed Alban. However, Greg thinks it’s a set-up orchestrated by the steward himself to get revenge on Noémie. But Marius is still panicked by this story and intends to go to the police if Alban does not reappear during the day.
At the same time, Chef Teyssier is very upbeat after his classification in the first event. He sees his second place as a failure and wants to do everything to prevent this disaster from happening again. Although Salomé and Enzo have been in the kitchen since seven o’clock in the morning, Emmanuel decides to upset their program by reviewing the most complex techniques once again, even if it means making them work all night. The students decide not to let it go and point out that they will no longer be productive by cooking so much. Then, Salomé receives a message from Swan inviting her to join him on the beach. An invitation she cannot refuse. So they manage to get their afternoon off to rest.
A little later, Salomé and Swan share a moment together by the beach. The young woman takes the opportunity to get to know him since they haven’t really had the opportunity until now. He tells her that he was introduced to cooking by his stepfather who had a restaurant in Osaka, Japan. Moreover, he lived there from the age of three, then he decided to go to France a few years ago to join the school of chef Cardone. Throughout the discussion, the tension is palpable between the two cooks. Very attracted to Salomé, Swan tells her that he really wants to kiss her. The young woman can’t resist and they end up kissing passionately.
For their part, Greg and Marius do not follow Chef Matret’s instructions correctly and miss the filling of gelatin tubes. Noémie then tries to understand what has been disturbing them for several days already. While Marius is about to tell her the truth, Greg tries to stop him but without success.
After telling him everything, Noémie agrees with Greg: someone is trying to scare them. Besides, it is likely that Alban decided to take revenge. The chief therefore decides to take matters into her own hands and leaves a message on the steward’s answering machine.
During this time, Teyssier challenges Salomé and Swan who return to the hotel. He had asked his clerk not to have a relationship with Chief Cardone’s deputy, but she did not listen to him. So he gives her an ultimatum: either she ends her affair with him, or she packs her bags and leaves the championship.
At the end of the day, Noémie seeks to learn more about Alban. Teyssier tells him that he always sabotaged the work of others even though he was already eliminated from the competition. Besides, he was never able to digest failure. Convinced that the steward is hiding behind all these threats, the chief sends him a message. But she directly receives a very suspicious call during which she only hears the very heavy breathing of her interlocutor. Is it Alban?
SOLAL LEAVES THE RIVER TABLE
Solal announces sad news to Tony and Gaëtan: he is leaving the Table des Rivières. The entrance exam to the Auguste Armand Institute is fast approaching and he intends to join the famous gastronomic school this year. To put the odds on his side, he decided to participate in the training of the Listrac chef. Tony then understands that he is losing his job.
At the institute, Solal and Axel attend the presentation of the Listrac chef’s summer internship. She is accompanied by Jasmine who will assist her during the training. Very quickly, the former chef of the Table des Rivière understands that the courses will focus only on vegan cuisine. Olivia and the student reassure him: all the techniques he learns will also be useful for cooking meat.
Meanwhile, Tony is still in shock after Solal’s announcement. In the space of a few days, Laetitia decided to put distance between them and now he loses his job. So, Gaëtan tries to cheer him up. Moreover, he has an idea that could change everything for them: take over the Table des Rivières to make it a trendy coffee shop. Although they have no culinary training, the sports teacher thinks he has found a solution.
A little later, Gaëtan and Tony meet Olivia at the institute and explain that they want to join her internship in order to launch their project. If the chef is doubtful at first, she agrees to give them a test on Monday to see if they have the expected level.
THEO RECEIVES A VISIT FROM A VERY INTRUSIVE JOURNALIST
After winning the prestigious Vatel prize, Théo receives a visit this afternoon from Suzanne Coste, a culinary journalist. His brigade is very happy for him because it is renowned for writing portraits of great leaders. Since the students are wondering how their service will go, the chief assures that she will be there only to observe them. For their part, Deva, Tom and Ambre are worried about Théo because he is still affected by his separation from Célia. The latter affirms that his private life will not impact the quality of his work.
During the service, the journalist observes Theo managing his brigade with a masterful hand. Suzanne Coste seems impressed by her management of the restaurant and their team spirit.
A little later, the journalist asks Theo a few questions. If he agrees to answer about the Vatel prize and the supervision of the Auguste Armand restaurants, the chef turns against her as soon as she tries to get information about her family or her love life.
Suzanne Coste then comes across Charlène and Louis having a coffee on the terrace. The journalist regrets not having much material for her article since Théo did not answer all her questions. She tells them that he did not want to talk about his family and his private life. So, Louis does not hesitate to manipulate the truth and balances that Theo left his girlfriend to obtain the Vatel prize. For her part, Charlène points out to him that if he did not want to talk about it, it was because he had his reasons. But that doesn’t stop her boyfriend from telling the whole story.
