TEYSSIER MAKES AN EXCITING PROPOSAL TO THIRD-GRADES
Following his breakup with Célia, Théo returned to live with his parents where the atmosphere is far from being good. It must be said that the young man believes that it is his father’s fault if he is no longer with her. Moreover, he is convinced that he purposely put Charlène and Célia in pairs. If he assures that it is Charlene that he wanted to annoy, Emmanuel is however delighted with this break. According to him, he was going straight into the wall with the Gaissac girl. As the tone rises, Constance intervenes and begs them to stop, pointing out that this discussion is going nowhere. Although she does not judge her story with Célia, the nurse reminds us that it was she who sabotaged the test to get revenge. And to add that she can only blame herself.
Meanwhile, Greg, Eliott, Hortense, Mehdi and Lionel learn that they have been admitted to third year. The atmosphere is festive but Eliott and Hortense are still a little sad that Célia is not with them. So they decide to go see her at the salt marshes. Pained, she confides to her friends that she has left Théo. If he does not want to play the devil’s advocate, Eliott nevertheless tries to make him realize that Theo is in a delicate position. In vain. Célia has the impression that the man she loves is under the influence of his family. For Hortense and Eliott, she should talk to him about it quickly.
Shortly after, Célia goes to the institute and waits for Théo at the end of his service. Without beating around the bush, she explains how much Charlene hurt her. Even if he has not forgotten what she did to him, Theo points out, on the other hand, that it is not up to her to decide whether Charlene deserves to have her diploma or not. Célia then replies that it’s not Charlène the problem but her whole family that they suffer permanently at the institute. Moreover, she reproaches him for being his father’s little soldier since he is the head of the double A. If this is the image she has of him, Theo judges that they have nothing left. to say to themselves.
At the end of the day, Teyssier summons the third-year double A students and announces that the valedictorian will have the privilege of being his second in the national pastry championship. He therefore asks them to prove themselves worthy of this opportunity because it will not happen twice in their life.
ANTOINE MAKES A RISKY DECISION
As Diego is not really sure of selling his farm, Ambre proposes to Tom to open their own restaurant. After a year at the institute, the two apprentice chefs already know how to manage a brigade, a room and orders. Although the project is a bit crazy, Tom lets himself be convinced.
For her part, Jasmine confides in Deva about the offer she made to Axel. She doesn’t want their story to end, but Jasmine also knows that a long-distance relationship won’t work. After encouraging her to have a chat with him, Deva reveals that she kissed Souleymane. And to add that they are now together before making him promise to keep the secret.
Not far from there, Antoine summons the teaching team to discuss the future of the first years who have been excluded. Indeed, the principal would like them to retake the evaluations. While Rose, Clotilde and Lisandro are not against it, Teyssier categorically opposes it and leaves the office, slamming the door.
As he doesn’t really need the principal’s agreement, Antoine tells Deva and Jasmine a little later that all the excluded students will be able to retake the assessments. Emmanuel not being aware, they will however have to do this behind his back and it will be their only chance to be able to reintegrate the institute.
ROSE HAS NOT SAID HER LAST WORD
Enzo, Salomé and Anaïs meet Rose to find out where the master’s project is at. But she doesn’t really have time to answer since Clotilde joins them to discuss their professional future. Chef Armand has thought a lot and admits that she was tough on them. If she finds their projects relevant, they nevertheless deserve to be reworked. She therefore took the liberty of contacting a few friends to tell them about her promising students seeking to specialize and offered them to do internships with renowned chefs. Only, Anaïs, Enzo and Salomé have no desire to do internships and would really have preferred to do the master’s degree at the institute.
In order for Clotilde to stop her maneuvers to sink the master, Rose has no choice but to seek Teyssier’s help. Unfortunately, the latter does not want to be involved in their bickering. Even if he thinks that this master project is an excellent idea, the director does not intend to take the lead with the chef Armand. He then advises Rose to show her fangs if she wants this idea.
On her advice, Rose contacted several well-known chefs to get their thoughts on the master. Not only do they think the idea is brilliant, but they are also ready to come and do a masterclass next year. Upset, Clotilde criticizes her sister for using her contacts for her project. When Rose says that this master will be done with or without her, Clotilde replies that it will be without her.
