SALOME LEAVES MAXIME
No longer supporting the toxic atmosphere that reigns there, Salomé has decided not to set foot again in the Gardiane. As much as she would have liked to be able to help her mother out of her marriage, she must face the facts and accept that there is nothing more she can do. While her sister is understanding, the young woman declares that she has the impression of having lost her mother again and regrets not having obtained any answer on the identity of her father.
At the same time, Maxime criticizes Sylvie for rejecting her daughter once again. Far from being taken down, he signals that Salomé is his daughter and that if she wants her to be part of his life, François will have to live with it. As she is particularly defeatist, Maxime understands that she has already given up and says that she never had anything to do with her daughter. Ascent, Sylvie forbids him to say that then affirms that there are certain things which he does not know.
In order to find out what Sylvie is hiding, the Delcourt son would like to convince Salomé to come back in the hope of making her crack. Mehdi may advise against it, Maxime returns despite everything to the institute to make her change her mind but without success. Shortly after, Maxime questions Laetitia who thinks that Sylvie’s secret has to do with Salomé’s father. Indeed, she does not believe at all that the latter left without giving any news especially since she had surprised her mother hiding a box in her office some time ago. In it, Laetitia had found trinkets and many love letters that she could not read.
Back at the Gardiane, Maxime searches Sylvie’s room while Mehdi and Hortense keep watch. Unfortunately, it is a failure since François returns to his room. And it is while hiding in disaster under the bed so as not to end up pinching that the young man falls on the box. Once François left, Hortense hastens to join Maxime with whom she reads the letters signed by a certain Romeo. Insofar as they were written just before Salomé’s birth, they quickly come to the conclusion that the author of these letters is none other than his father.
Subsequently, Maxime shares his discovery with Salomé. Furious that he does not respect what she told him, she reproaches him for acting like Louis and forcing his choices on him. Salomé, who refuses to let another man control her life, puts an end to their story.
STELLA LAUNCHES A CHALLENGE IN GAËTAN
In the salt marshes, Gaëtan takes a very negative view of Stella’s arrival in his mobile home. Indeed, the Rivière son would have preferred to be alone with his partner. Certain that her sister will not stay with them very long, Noémie urges her to hold on for a few more days. As they kiss, Stella joins them for breakfast and then criticizes her brother-in-law about his eating habits. Words that seem to annoy the young man strongly.
Later, Stella seeks Gaëtan’s opinion on a sports program that she would like to present to her subscribers. Although they are both sports teachers, Gaëtan does not take his sister-in-law seriously. The latter therefore challenges him to succeed in following his program. But after an hour of competition, Gaëtan and Stella are tied. To decide between themselves, they then decide to do the burpees. The first to crack will have lost. While Stella quickly withdraws, Gaëtan lets his joy explode. Amazed by her program, Gaëtan nevertheless apologizes to her for not having believed in her.
THE POP-UP IS MORE SUCCESSFUL THAN THE DOUBLE A
While Louis has fun teasing him about the lack of customers in his restaurant, Theo retorts with enthusiasm that he is fully booked for the lunch service. And to specify that they were forced to register customers on the waiting list in the face of the influx of requests. For his part, Louis ensures that the double A clientele is always full. In fact, the restaurant has only had five reservations for lunch, which is very quiet for the season.
Before the shot, Louis chooses to prepare a cushion of sea trout for the restaurant’s daily special. While Greg finds the dish a bit too classic for his taste, Louis immediately puts it back in its place. For their part, Constance and her husband have lunch at the pop-up. When his wife rejoices over their son’s success, Emmanuel eventually recognizes that he is doing well and that he did not steal his success. However, he would like him not to relax his efforts but Constance is convinced that it will.
At the end of the day, Greg confides in Eliott about his clash with Louis. As he points out to her that it was he who chose to work at double A, the son Delobel takes it badly and reproaches Eliott for not listening to him.
