Gone forever, the new adaptation of a bestseller by Harlan Coben on Netflix, is revealed in a disturbing trailer. This new French thriller, available from August 13, stages a fascinating and terrifying investigation.

After the British Intimidation, the Polish In the Woods and the Spanish Innocent, Netflix unveils the trailer for its new series adapted from a bestseller by Harlan Coben, French this time: Gone forever.

Produced by Calt Studio, this new thriller in 5 episodes of 50 minutes was created and written by David Elkaïm and Vincent Poymiro in collaboration with Pauline Guena, Nacim Mehtar and Marion Festraëts.

In this intense thriller, Guillaume Lucchesi sees demons from the past rise to the surface when his girlfriend Judith goes missing during his mother’s funeral. The thirty-something thinks he is reliving the terrible drama that had traumatized him, namely the deaths of Sonia, his first love, and of Fred, his brother.

This new tragedy will force Guillaume to face the truths that his family have hidden from him, but also those that he has long since decided to ignore. In the cast of this series directed by Juan Carlos Medina, we find Finnegan Oldfield, Nicolas Duvauchelle, Guillaume Gouix, Garance Marillier, Nailia Harzoune, Grégoire Colin and Tomas Lemarquis.

The choppy, fast-paced trailer promises moving sequences, twists and turns, excruciating truths, and devious investigation. All five episodes of Gone Forever will be available on August 13 on Netflix.
