Fenn to Open in Fulham | Eat & Drink

The team behind Nest in Hackney turns their old Harlequin spot into Fenn in March, giving the place a new look and a new chef. Joe Laker (formerly of Anglo) will run the kitchen, which, along with Nest co-founder and executive chef, Johnnie Crowe, has created a menu of local seasonal British fare like Lincolnshire Poacher cheese and truffle dumplings, hand dipped Scottish scallops. with chicken butter sauce, aged Yorkshire beef with parsnip and marinated nuts and custard pie.

Co-founder Luke Wasserman put together the drink menu that included sustainable wines and seasonal cocktails. The latest of the Nest trio, co-founder Toby Neill oversaw the interior redesign, adding a single hand-carved ash wood table to the center of the dining room, folding French doors that open onto a terrace, a changing selection of art created by local artists and private dining in the wine cellar.
