Like most farming and social sims, Disney Valley of Dreams is a game meant to be played over the course of several months and years, and this is perhaps most evident in its lists of trophies and achievements. Although the lists are small, unlocking each trophy or achievement requires a significant investment of time, and some of the tasks cannot even be completed until the game grows and adds many more characters. If you’re itching to get a head start, here we have a trophy and achievements guide to get you started.

Disney Dreamlight Valley Trophy and Achievements Guide
Here are all the trophies and achievements of Disney Valley of Dreams and how to unlock each of them.
Dream Light Master
Unlock all the other trophies in the game to earn this one.
This platinum trophy is only available to PlayStation players, and it will appear as soon as you complete all other tasks below.
Fisherman
To get this trophy or achievement, you will need to catch 1,800 fish and claim the reward in your Dreamlight tab.
Catching even a few fish can take time, so catching 1,800 fish is a daunting task. You’re likely to reach about halfway through this stage by simply playing the game normally and completing quests or farming the appropriate fish to meet certain creatures’ preferred food criteria (namely, crocodiles and foxes).
One tip that may come in handy is to go down to Dazzle Beach and just fish in the water without chasing fishing puddles. While you’ll find plenty of seaweed this way (which doesn’t count towards your fishing total), you’ll also find plenty of low-level fish. Since you’ll only have to press the reel button once to catch each one, you might find things move a little faster this way.
Chief
To get this trophy or achievement, you will need to cook 900 dishes and then claim the reward in your Dreamlight tab.
You can cook on a stove by combining any ingredient with a piece of coal. You’ll need to do a lot of cooking for quests and filling out your recipe list, so many of your meals should come naturally throughout your time with the game. If you want to hit 900 fast, just use a single vegetable or fruit to prepare one-star dishes until you reach the milestone.
Best friends
To get this trophy or achievement, you will need to become best friends with 15 of your villagers and then claim the reward in your Dreamlight tab.
Becoming a villager’s best friend requires you to level their friendship to rank 10. This is done in two main ways: by giving them gifts and by spending time with them. By giving them their three favorite gifts each day and spending time with them doing whatever task they specialize in, you’ll eventually achieve best friend status just by playing the game. If you want that to happen fast, grow an abundance of flowers and give them to the characters you want to improve. It’s a bit slow, but it’s faster than waiting 24 hours.
Gardener
To get this trophy or achievement, you will need to harvest 4,500 vegetables and then claim the reward in your Dreamlight tab.
This can be achieved through natural progression over a long enough time, but you can speed it up exponentially by digging a large garden and choosing between one of two methods.
Your first option is to plant and harvest lettuce, which only takes three minutes to grow. It can be a bit tedious and requires a lot of micro-management, but it can speed up the process if you’re trying to knock down the trophy or achievement in one (albeit long) sitting.
Your second option is to plant tomatoes. Although they take 25 minutes to grow, you’ll pick three tomatoes per plant, making this the most efficient method if you’re willing to do so over several sessions.
Minor
To get this trophy or achievement, you will need to mine 1,800 gems and claim the reward in your Dreamlight tab.
Getting 1,800 gems is a massive undertaking, and there’s no noticeable way to speed things up. You’ll get plenty of them as you farm them for quests, but it won’t be enough to meet the stage requirement. Just make sure you’ve opened each of the biomes before you start farming it for the trophy or achievement, then run through each one and come back again and again. It will take many, many hours for this one to happen, so take breaks!
Building worker
To get this trophy or achievement, you will need to build 30 houses for your friends and claim the reward in your Dreamlight tab.
You’ll build homes for your friends by following main story quests and quests you get by meeting and progressing new Disney characters. As the game is currently in early access, this trophy or achievement cannot be obtained until a total of 30 characters have been implemented.
Help from the Valley
To get this trophy or achievement, you will need to unlock each biome and then claim the reward in your Dreamlight tab.
To unlock all biomes, you need to get a lot of Dreamlight, which you’ll naturally do by foraging, harvesting, mining nodes, fishing, completing quests, and more. It will take you a while, but once you’ve completed most of the main quests and many character quests, you’ll most likely have all biomes unlocked without any issues.
The cost of each biome and its respective unlock cost are shown below.
- Place: unlocked as part of the story
- Peaceful Meadow: unlocked as part of the story
- Dazzle Beach: 1,000 Dreamlight
- Forest of Valor: 3,000 Dreamlight
- Glade of Confidence: 5,000 Dreamlight
- Sunny Plateau: 7,000 Dreamlight
- Frosty Heights: 10,000 Dreamlight
- Forgotten Lands: 15,000 Dreamlight
The Goofy Investor
To get this trophy or achievement, you will need to build all of Goofy’s stalls and then claim the reward in your Dreamlight tab.
Goofy has a stall to repair in every biome except the Plaza, and repairing them will give you access to seeds and ingredients, as well as a new place to sell your own goods. Simply approach the sign at each and pay Scrooge the coins to have the stand repaired.
duty bound
To get this trophy or achievement, you will need to complete 1,100 Dreamlight Duties and then claim the reward in your Dreamlight tab.
Dreamlight Homework is a low-effort, low-reward way to earn Dreamlight, often asking you to do simple things like cook a meal or change your outfit. You can have six active at a time, so when you complete one, be sure to claim the reward in your Dreamlight tab to access another new task. Even though they take minimal effort to complete, it will still take you a long time to complete 1,100 of them, so just consider clearing them effectively while you play the game normally.
Builder
To get this trophy or achievement, you will need to fully upgrade your house and then claim the reward in your Dreamlight tab.
The ability to upgrade your home will come naturally during Scrooge’s questline. Once you’re able to upgrade, head to the sign near you and request the work be done by paying Scrooge a hefty fee. Keep in mind that only exterior upgrades count towards this total, so if your goal is just to hit the milestone, don’t bother upgrading your interior with new parts until you’ve done so.
The cost of each upgrade is below.
- Upgrade 1: 2,000 Star Coins
- Upgrade 2: 20,000 Star Coins
- Upgrade 3: 75,000 Star Coins
Generous
To get this trophy or achievement, you will need to give 540 gifts to your friends and then claim the reward in your Dreamlight tab.
You can give gifts to any of your villagers at any time by simply speaking to them and selecting “I have something to give you!” Giving them gifts levels them up, and each of them can receive a total of three rotating favorite gifts each day. However, you don’t have to give them their favorite gifts to count towards that trophy or achievement milestone.
This will no doubt come naturally to many players over the lifespan of the game, but you can speed things up by simply giving any character the item you have in excess. Flowers are easy to grow and tend to offer decent boosts to character levels, so if you want to get the most out of the process, go with these.
Banker
To get this trophy or achievement, you will need to earn a total of 1.8 million Star Coins and then claim the reward in your Dreamlight tab.
Reaching 1.8 million Star Coins might seem like a daunting task – and it is, to be fair – but it’s not as bad as you might think. Just sell as much as you can to Goofy, including useless ingredients, crafting materials, and fish. When possible, cook your ingredients (especially fish) to the highest possible meals before you sell them, and you’ll eventually have enough coins to make even Scrooge jealous.

talkative
To get this trophy or achievement, you will need to have a total of 1,000 daily chats and then claim the reward in your Dreamlight tab.
Daily Chats are small, quick chats you can have with each character every day. Simply approach each character in your village at least once a day to talk to them and get credit for the milestone. Of course, with the limited number of characters available at the moment, it will likely take months for this one to happen.
thorn extractor
To get this trophy or achievement, you will need to remove 3,000 Night Thorns and then claim the reward in your Dreamlight tab.
Night Thorns are the evil brambles you need to clear when you reach a new biome. However, you’ll likely end up with only a little more than the total cleared by the time you’ve unlocked and cleared each biome. Every day, however, new Night Thorns will spawn in random biomes throughout the Valley, so be sure to take your turn and clear them. Because you have to clear so much and so few respawns each day, it will likely take months to complete this, which means there’s a good chance this is the final trophy or achievement you get.
Photographer
To get this trophy or achievement, you will need to take a total of 50 photos and then claim the reward in your Dreamlight tab.
The description for this one says you need to take 180 photos, but it actually unlocks by taking 50. Completing this stage can be eliminated in a few minutes by selecting your camera in the tool wheel and taking all the photos needed in one line.
