One Marylebone event space is getting a makeover thanks to Alex Ghalleb (ex-Soho House and Gold) who transforms it into Chameleon. The main element of the new business will be a restaurant that spans nine outdoor greenhouses and is run by Israeli chef Elior Balbul. The menu will include dishes like Yemen challah brioche, eggplant carpaccio, shrimp barak and grilled lamb sirloin with cabbage gratin. The greenhouses will come in different sizes and will all look slightly different, with the decor changing with the seasons as well.

The garden area will also host a tent lounge with private cabins as well as silent movie nights, with a flower market in the courtyard of the chameleon. And as for the interior of the building, there will be a gallery and studio space to host immersive wellness and fitness sessions, with a private members’ club also scheduled for the summer. Yes, you won’t be bored here.
