In partnership with the CANNESERIES Festival, AlloCiné offers you a spotlight on “The Flight Attendant”, which begins tonight on Warner TV. A thrilling thriller, between espionage and black comedy, with Kaley Cuoco (“The Big Bang Theory”).
Launched at the end of last year on HBO Max in the United States, The Flight Attendant, adapted from the eponymous novel by Chris Bohjalian, arrives this evening in France on Warner TV, which will offer two new episodes every Tuesday from 8:55 pm.
Worn by Kaley Cuoco, the former interpreter of Penny in The Big Bang Theory, this new series, which constantly oscillates between thriller, black comedy, and espionage, plunges us into the eventful daily life of Cassie Bowden, a hostess of the air with a serious penchant for alcohol which, during a stopover in Bangkok, spends the night with one of his passengers and wakes up the next day with the latter’s lifeless body by his side.
The beginning of a fatal cycle for Cassie who, suspected of the murder, will have to try everything to prove her innocence, find the real culprit, and save her own life, which is now also threatened.
Met during the What’s Next pastilles of the CANNESERIES Festival, Kaley Cuoco, who also officiates as a producer on the series, and the showrunner Steve Yockey presented us this exciting and addictive series, which earned two nominations for Best Actress to the interpreter of Cassie at the Golden Globes and the SAG Awards.
Genesis of the project, construction of Cassie’s character, the most difficult scene to shoot … The Flight Attendant will no longer hold any secrets for you!
