Box office: Omar Sy leads the 1st day in France with Tirailleurs – Actus Ciné


Tirailleurs with Omar Sy takes the lead, followed by Nostalgia by Mario Martone, and 16 years by Philippe Lioret. Discover the figures for the 1st day France of January 4, 2023.

2 – Nostalgia: 12,434 admissions (including 5,720 in AVP)

3 – 16 years old: 10,040 admissions (including 5,522 in AVP)

4 – That summer: 7,893 admissions (including 2,340 in AVP)

5 – The Survivors: 6,800 entries (including 2,743 in AVP)

6 – Etugen: 4,955 admissions (including 4,897 in AVP)

7 – Radio Metronom: 1,651 admissions (including 1,007 in AVP)

8 – Come and see: 1,325 admissions (including 498 in AVP)

9 – Professor Yamamoto retires: 841 entries

10 – My dear spies: 175 entries

11 – The Strange Story of the Woodcutter: 150 entries

First Wednesday of 2023! It is Omar Sy who takes first place, with Tirailleurs, a film which opened Un Certain Regard at Cannes in 2022. A launch superior to Knock or even Le Flic de Belleville. The film directed by Mathieu Vadepied recorded just over 55,000 admissions (including 13,000 in previews).

Another Cannes film is on the 2nd step of the podium: Nostalgia by Mario Martone, with Pierfrancesco Favino, with 12,434 admissions (including 5,720 in previews. The film was in competition in the official selection.

Finally, in 3rd position, Philippe Lioret (Welcome, I’m fine, don’t worry) brought together 10,040 spectators (including 5,522 in previews) for his new film, 16 years old.
