Batman or Flash. The new Spider-Man reboot. Marginalized X-Men. The evolution of the character of Captain America. The intricate architecture of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Indie attempts. Superheroes on the big and small screen hold no secrets for him. Or almost.

With less than two months of its arrival in theaters, “Black Widow” plunges us into the action with a first extract. We find Scarlett Johansson and Florence Pugh in the middle of a chase.

But who blames Natasha Romanoff and Yelena Belova? The first clip of Black Widow, unveiled less than two months after its release in our theaters, will not answer the question. But it offers us a preview of one of the action scenes of the film directed by Cate Shortland, and expected on July 7 in France.

The heroine and her sister are chased there by a biker whom they manage to get rid of, not without having bickered in the process. This augurs well for a colorful family reunion in this feature film whose action will take place between the events of Civil War and Infinity War.

Natasha Romanoff will be a fugitive confronted with her past and her pre-Avengers life. And she will reconnect with her family. Are his sister, his father (David Harbor) and his mother (Rachel Weisz). She will also have to face the mysterious Taskmaster whose interpreter has still not been revealed, which suggests that a twist is to be expected.

Postponed for more than a year because of the Covid-19 pandemic which has shaken up the release schedules of the blockbusters, Black Widow will be the first feature film of Phase IV of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which debuted on the small screen with WandaVision . And it should mark the farewell of the character played by Scarlett Johansson since Iron Man 2.
