The Fenwick department store is launching a new wellness concept space with a sustainable food market, beauty and sportswear brands, and a new vegan restaurant by Alexis Gauthier, well known for its vegan cuisine in its flagship spot Gauthier Soho. 123V, which will open a terrace on Brook Street before an indoor dining room inside the Bond Street store in May, will be an all-day affair serving up casual plant-based fare.

The Brekkie menu includes buckwheat pancakes, toast, vegan pastry, and cold-pressed fruit juices, with dishes like California Cheeseburger with a Beyond Meat patty, Quesadilla Verde with vegan cheese and a bowl of watermelon sashimi sushi rice on the main menu. There will also be a regularly changing prix fixe menu with plates like Welsh Asparagus with Lovage and Peas, Big Fat Tomato ‘Cosmopolito’ with Black Rice and Smoked Pepper, and Poached Rhubarb with Pomegranate Broth and Lemon Pepper, as well as a fully vegan wine. listing.
