Andrea Asciuti, one of the founders of Streatham’s much-loved Bravi Ragazzi, is opening his own pizzeria inside Peckham Levels this spring. Pizzeria 018 will have ten Neapolitan-style pizzas on the menu, including Mushrooms with Truffles, Diavola, 081 Pizza (tomato, buffalo mozzarella, parmesan and basil) and Napoli RMX (tomato, burrata, anchovies, olives and capers). In addition to the pies, 081 Pizzeria will also serve “ Neapolitan tapas ”, that is, small plates like the arancina filled with bolognese sauce and fried Italian macaroni and cheese with minced meat.
This will be take-out and delivery only before meals can start towards the end of May. And with Mike’s, from the team behind Frank’s, also opening at Peckham, you won’t run out of shares in SE15.
